IncaRoots Distribution is the trade arm of IncaRoots Hair Specialists — a decade of fitting, maintaining and refining hair systems for clients across the UK. Everything we stock, we've worn, fitted and replaced ourselves.
What we believe
At IncaRoots, we believe in the profound impact of expertise and empathy when it comes to hair loss. Our stylists bring a minimum of seven years working exclusively with hair systems — blending technical skill with a deep understanding of the emotional journey behind every fitting.
Beyond hair, we're in the business of transforming lives and restoring confidence one client at a time. Distribution exists so more stylists can do the same work — with product they can trust, held in UK stock, at trade prices.
Meet the founder
James Adrian-Loyola
Founder · Hair Loss Specialist
James has spent over seven years in the hair industry — first learning the barber trade on the shop floor, then moving into hair loss work from personal experience. He built IncaRoots so clients could be in a comfortable, discreet environment while working through their own journey of self-care and appreciation.
As a hair loss specialist, he has thrived on the idea of transforming lives, and wants to dedicate his future to keeping those transformations coming — the way it did for him. IncaRoots Distribution grew out of that same mission: to give other stylists access to the same trusted product, without the markup or the guesswork.

From first fitting to trade supplier
2017
Introduced to hair systems
James got his first hair system. The fit wasn't right — but it lit the spark, and made clear the industry needed people who genuinely understood the client.
2018
Into the industry
James qualified as a barber and started working in the hair loss industry in London, helping other men the way he'd been helped.
2021
IncaRoots Hair Specialists
The studio opened its doors — a discreet, comfortable space built around consultation, fit and long-term maintenance rather than one-off transactions.

IncaRoots Distribution
The trade arm launches. UK-held stock across our top SKUs, same-day dispatch, and trade pricing for salons and independent stylists across the UK.
